Terms & Conditions of Hire

Charges are applied for one day (the minimum rental period). Additional hours are charged at £5.00 per hour.

Drivers must produce an unendorsed licence and be aged between 23 and 80 (81-85 for previous hirers).

Full comprehensive insurance is included in our rates which includes an excess amount of £500.00 payable by the hirer. This can be waived to £200.00 by paying an extra £3.00 per day however, it does not include punctures, damage to windows, tyres and wheel rims.

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and, on return, they must be refueled to full. If not refuelled a £10.00 fuel charge will be taken.

VAT will be added, at the current rate of 20% to all taxable charges.

For one day hires, there is no charge for the first 80 miles. £0.35p per mile will be applied thereafter. Hires for more than one day have unlimited mileage.
